These are some of the things my best friend told me she told him the day before. Then when I finally got in touch with her we got into a argument after I said I wanted to just be friends. Then I woke up to a trashed Z

With respect this is not proof but hearsay. She might give it up in a police interview. Maybe not.

that is hearsay but I know how she is. she knows that I think she did because I've told all of my friends and they have contacted her. She's called one of my friends and said that she was home. But not once has she contacted me.

I mean if someone was spreading rumors about me damaging their property I would call them myself if I knew they were not true. But I haven't heard from her. Not a phone call or text message. She's guilty!!! Besides who else would do it? I don't even live in a area that has crime. I been here for 3 years and never had a problem with anyone. Especially the same day that she threatened to get me back.
