I got a low profile jack at Advance Auto for less than 100 bucks months ago. I think it was 69.00. Comes in a carry case and is weight rated for more than the car.
Also went the extra step and got race ramps so I could change my own oil and assorted other stuff. But they are expensive. Used them for the Maxima also till we got rid of the lease.

Bought a 3 ton black jack floor jack from walmart for 85$

Jacks don't cost a lot of cash. Not nearly the amount a hospital or an emergency responce team will want for responding.

honestly its not about whether ur bushings or tires can take it, its about your frame. im a technician and i learned that if you are doing simple quick work, one jack stand is fine. but if its overnight or longer then you want to put 2 jack stands at least so the car is evenly supported.

thats the main concern at our shop. one corner jack standing is ONLY for very quick inspections and quick fixes. if over night, jack stand both sides of that end. frame tweaking is easy to do, regardless of car weight
