Your right, and a day at the drag races or autocross can do wonders for the driver of the car. As a driver it is THE BEST money spent. Great !!!!

Heck, I don't know but, I'd drive down there just to do it. Maybe we can get a Topless Car Wash Day going at some private home in the hills. That would be the most outragous meet ever. I'd pay $75-100 to have hot topless chicks wash my car and allow me to take pictures of them. Oh yes I would !!!

disconnecting the coolant lines to your throttle body. costs ~$5 in parts. helps prevent heat soak and can keep car from losing power during hard driving.

cutting out the stock resonator, and welding back in a straight pipe.

punching out the honeycomb in your cats (not recommended in cali)

Yeah that's possible, however, I have done it on all my race cars and it hasn't changed the numbers at the track. The nice thing about it is if you use 1200 degree Engine Enamel it's design to allow for this I was told. That is what I did. Plus it makes it really easy to clean all the finger prints and oils off of the plenum. If you are worried about heat soak get a plenum spacer it will cure any possible effect it might have like Corsair did. The ISO spacer gaskets insulate against the transfer of the heat back into the plenum. The spacer also give you about 13-17HP gain. The increased airflow also cools the plenum. At least that is how I understand it.
