DD and just hit 48k today...ouch!
Figuring I'll drive 20-22k per yr
If I stay on this track by the time shes paid off, I'll be at nearly 90k
funny how I only drove 14k yrly in the old grand cherokee

I just changed the clutch and while it was apart, switched to a lightweight flywheel. The old, original clutch had 178,300 miles on it, and still worked just fine; the throwout bearing made noise only when cold at first start-up, but when warmed up, everything was fine. Inspection of the removed, OEM clutch revealed that I could've gone to 200K or beyond, as it was still in good condition with lots of material left.
