Manual FTW. I feel as if I have more control, but I prefer auto for cruises

Well I have a 05 350z Touring with 5AT, I choose Automatic Tranny because, driving here in NYC with a manual trans is like living in hell, although I was driving manual trans since I was 18 yrs old. Therefore its just a matter of how and where you are located. Its sort personal preference and practicality.

Mine is 05 350z Auto Touring, Why I choose auto? I live here in New York City, and driving a stick here in NYC is like hell, although I've been driving stick since I was 18 years old, so its just a matter of personal preference and where you are located.

I've never owned anything but a stick in over 30 years. My wife drives a CVT and refuses to learn manual. All the better for me. Huzzah!

I've rented cars in enough countries to know that if you're a world traveler and can't drive a stick, you just might find yourself getting hauled around an a cart that's attached to a cow.

I live in a city with nothing but potholed streets, hills and traffic, but driving a stick has never been an issue with me. I suppose when I'm 80 and lose my left leg to my diabetes and gout (and yes, I have both,) I'll probably get an automatic... or a cow.

Honestly that's even worse than just having a auto...

At least with a basic auto your not trying to fake it.

5spd here.
