seriousley got another stupid little no front plate ticket today. its in my windshield for ****sake. gotta re-zip tie a plate on there and get it signed by an '''oFiC3r Of Da LaW'''. it will then be reduced from 48$ to 10$.
im gonna have to tie the plate to my tow hook and screw it in when i park. but i seriousley refuse to drive with a front plate on my small *** car. it serves no purpose.

Finally got my vanity license plate. It spells XONA which represents Xona Games, my indie game studio. I wasn't sure if I was going with XONA or XONACOM. XONAGAMES wouldn't fit without distortion. XONACOM was cool because most web addresses cannot fit on a plate. I went with XONA because I wanted to represent my gaming thing more than the website itself, which felt like an ad.
It was actually hard to decide.
Anyways, here's the pics:

I'm lucky we don't need a front plate by law in Nova Scotia, Canada. In the next province over, New Brunswick, they do.
Most 350Z's I ran into while shopping had ugly drill holes in the front bumper from needing a front plate before they came to N.S. I think mine even had some, but were fixed over very well.
I think the license plate is the ugliest thing on a beautiful car. To think of all the amazing design that goes into some cars and then to have them regulated into having an unsightly plate design. Not just the artwork, but also the shape and lettering/wording.
I researched what modifications I could make to my plate. I wanted to remove almost everyone on it, but it's not allowed. A very specific reading of the rules would allow for dulling out the blue color, as they only demand the lettering and picture to be blue. The brightness wasn't specifically mentioned. But I don't know how far I could push it.
I wish our plates were European style (see pic below).

good point, im working on the tow hook method, so it looks like its directly blocking the radiator like they want. and i will just remove it when i get in to drive. no one has ever pulled me over for it, its just the parking cops in the golf carts that dont handle any real crime.

I dunno. In Ontario they allow 8 characters or 6 if you have a picture. I had a picture of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) and my license plate said HATT3R
I was hoping for Mad Hatter, what everyone saw = Mad Hater. Lol. Anyways, that one was stolen so I got a different one.
