Agreed. I hate to see so many people getting screwed by vendors or other members here. It is refreshing to see a positive review for a change.

You didn't get screwed...He didn't sell you product because he didn't feel comfortable. Being "screwed" means he would have sold it...wasn't what it was suppose to be, then didn't give you a refund. You didn't even have the chance to be screwed...
I've dealt w/ Z1 and everything went just fine. +1 on Z1 taking care of customers...

Not a fanboy...bought one thing, but it was a big suspension (almost $2k) and it went very smoothly.

Adam was able to get me parts that no other vendor had (in 2 days or less). Z1 FTW!

I had a strange charge on my cc/debit card for $900 last week. Called the bank and they said it was from Z1. Called Adam and he admitted it was an accounting mistake double charged for an item ordered a while back. Still waiting on my money, and my parts.
Not trying to down your place Adam. I really appreciate you taking time to work with me on my vehicle. Your knowledge of the Zed is admired. Just felt obligated to post my experience. Again, no disrespect, and sorry for the shitty birthday present.

Great to hear positive things about vendors. BUT what the heck happened to the negative thread. I was literally in the MIDDLE of reading it just now and POOF! "invalid thread". Guess someone wasnt happy with information posted and didnt feel a TL was appropriate.

The guy that started that thread made a couple of negative posts in this thread as well. After almost everyone felt that he was in the wrong, he came back to this thread and edited his own comments to remove the negative things he said.

Maybe he deleted his thread or had it deleted. I know I would have.

Most of the items on my Z came from Z1 from Adam and Kwame. Never had any issues and will continue to do business with them a lot more.

Happy birthday!

i wish all business went smooth like yours..though they are local i have never dealt with them yet...

On the other hand i call my vendor for my wheel adapters to see the status of my order (after waiting 10 business days of no communication) the guy tells me in an arrogant voice to be patient and it will ship when ready.

He asks me "Did you get an email with a tracking number" I say "No"

"Then it must not have shipped yet"....In my head I'm like WTF?????

Sorry, i had to vent somewhere~
