Again, I would recommend that folks with a problem seek out help via the legal options available and that I listed previously. Even if you have a verbal arrangement, I would make sure that I had it in writing and speak to legal counsel (or authorities and law enforcement). Trade crimes, fraud, credit card fraud, bank fraud, and some of the other alleged crimes are very serious, especially across state and international lines. Additionally, with multiple complainants, it becomes easier to threaten prosecution as a criminal enterprise if there is an ongoing pattern of repeated intent.

I have ordered some part from Adam in 28 May 2012. But have been waiting for awhile and often there is some reasons for delay. So I got worried and did a search today and was horrified but the number of threads on Adam delay items/overcharging.
I ordered tie rods and tie rods ends, DBA Rotors and energy master bushing kit. in total US$1590.00. BTW I am from Singapore.
I email Adam today, he informed that he got into a car accident and will be out of office for next two days. I saw in his blog that he got into a crash. So I am hoping that he will ship out my item and not scam me.
Last week he told me all items are in and will be shipping them out. He have been have the wrong rotors shipped to him and only last week he got all the items in.
Keeping my finger crossed.
BTW I order my OS giken Street Master Twin Soft clutch at the same time from another vendor in Japan, the item was out of stock and the factory have to manufacture it in Japan. And the clutch is sitting at my place for more than 3 weeks already

I am glad I split into 3 suppliers. The clutch order was a bigger amount.
The issue is i need the parts asap. If i have to order from another supplier i would like to do i soon, rather then wait endlessly.

I got Adam's reply on Tuesday but Today, I only get an out of office message saying he got into an accident on last Friday. He is still blogging about new items for sales but cant ship my item yet because of paperwork and documents.

This is the trend I'm seeing. Unfortunately, in the end... buyers lose, vendor win and it goes unnoticed unless new buyers (especially international buyers) do their research before ordering.
I wish everyone the best of luck in getting their money and/or parts.

If he's handling your order professionally, that's great - and I hope that he's able to dig out from under all of these issues and recover. However, my personal advice is to have your bank/credit card reverse the charges immediately if he misses on a single promise. Don't wait until it's past your deadline to dispute/reverse the charges. Too many people - especially overseas folks that can't show up on his doorstep - have ended up in the middle of a nightmare situation trying to get their parts or their money back.
