Always good to see another NJ person up in here....Got an '05 Z myself and 5,000 miles...Old girl is gonna take a winter break though and put those winter miles on the company car ('05 Pontiac Grand Prix GT) instead!
Plus, they pay for the GAS too!

I have a 2004 Touring same color as you. Had it for 2 weeks but never drove it yet, since car is in FL and i am in CA. Will be going to FL monday and can't wait to drive it.

And the nice thing is that 3 years after delivery, that "feeling" about this car is still there- I'm having so much fun with this thing. There have been a few bumps along the road, but the dealers i've gone to for service have been fine.

Hey Ethan where the comparision you promised from the '84 to '03. LOL !!!
Glad to hear you are still as happy with her 3 years later. I am at year 2 and feel even better about my baby than the day I met her.
When you bumped the thread I had to read the history.
I bought my '04 to replace my '84 300ZXT AE. I sold the AE after a year owning the 350Z. I thought I might have some new car issues that would require me to keep my old commute car (AE) but not a one and I had too many cars to keep the AE.
So, what is your impression. Mine, I love the torque on the twisty mountain roads and the fresh, ahead of it's time styling. I plan on doing some more mods. I just hope this car lasts as long as my AE did. I had 200K on the clock and was still running really strong with 10psi boost.
I still miss the AE ..... T-tops are nice!
