They are so cheap in the USA :/. Since I moved to Europe I find that American and Japanese cars are insanely expensive.
If you want to get a 350z here under 10k Euro you have to go 03 or 04 model, usually base. I'm still looking for that sweet spot.

I just bought my 2003 Touring for $13,074 out the door from a dealership. It only has 51,110 miles on it. It was an old mans summer car. No mods yet completely bone stock and a 6 speed! I am so happy

Stole it
I lucked out. I got my 2003 with just under 63k miles for $9,300 -- only issue is passenger window motor didn't (/still doesn't) work. He had it listed for $9,390 and he was out of state when I came across it. He said he could meet me on Friday (when I was heading out of state) and I said I could meet him on Monday. He told me he was gonna sell it to another guy on Sunday. I offered $9,500 and he replied with "ehh...I'm gonna go with my gut and sell it to you. Just cut the check for $9,300" ...so that's what I did! He was moving to Canada and needed a 4x4 truck. Seemed to really have his finances together, so he didn't nit pick about the $90 he had initially asked for. Already had a pop charger and exhaust system on it. In the 1-2 years he had it he was gone for business a lot so he did very little to maintain it, but a little washing the air filter, fluid changes and such, car was good to go. Dealership checked it out and said it was in great condition.

perfect example of an outlier, you got a hell of a deal - other people reading this posts all want the same deal, but like I said, this is an outlier and to find another low mileage Z like yours for that price is going to be next to impossible.
My first 07 I bought with 6000 miles in early 2012, yes you read that right 6k miles, for 18k from a private seller, it was his 3rd car and he was moving - timing was right and I bought it. I ended up selling it for 21k with 14k miles in late 2013, I missed the Z too much so I just recently picked up another 07 with 26k miles for an OK deal, nothing great like my first 07, just a mediocre market value.
So to anyone else reading this - Yes there is a chance if you wait that it will pay off and you will get a great deal, but there is also a chance that you won't and will end up with something worse. So if you are in the market, look around a bit and pull the trigger on the best example you can get your hands on.

A few weeks ago I pulled the trigger on a 2004 Touring with 115k for $10k

UPDATE: 2007 Enthusiast, 94k, 6MT, black/black $11,000
I just wanted to give an update on my "good deal buy" that I posted in this thread almost 2 yrs ago. I had bought a 2007 Enthusiast, 94k, 6MT, black/black for $11,000, it was lowered with aftermarket 19" rims and a nice stereo with 10" sub. It has been a daily driver except when there was snow on the ground, she has 126k on the clock today and I drive the **** out of her. I've been to ZdayZ twice now.
I had to replace a frozen rear caliper and the driver side window motor and just installed the Z1 motorsports Concentric Slave Cylinder (CSC) Elimination Kit due to the factory slave failing.
Still love this car....lets see if I can get 200k out of her.
Edit: it also came with Stillen true dual exhaust and CAI as well as SPEC stage 3 race clutch.

04 enthusiast edition for $9200 with 48k miles.. pretty much stole it because the exhaust had a bad leak.. owner put an ebay exhuast on it and it had rusted out at the flex pipes on the y pipe.. he told me he still had the stock one in the garage and i started throwing him number.. he had already purchased a new car and couldn't sell this one and summers over.. she cleaned up nice after a weekend of refreshing =)
