If I remember the Motordyne and Hotchkis bars have very similar rates. So it really does not matter what one you get. I have Hotchkiss , and if I were to buy another set, I would go with the bar with the softest rear setting. I'm thinking about swapping my rear out for stock.

Honestly I didn't do much research on the swaybars. My thought process was that motordyne is a great manufacturer, i have read good reviews on them, and i am sure they will fit perfectly with the tdx2 so i figured they would be the ones too get. Since the hotchkiss ones arent much more, do you think thats the way to go? Its always good to have the option of changing the stiffness more.

From what I'm reading, the MD swaybars have a stiffness increase of 120-180% and the hotchkiss have the same for the most part but adjust in larger increments and can be much softer. For those of you who have swaybars, what stiffness do you usually run them at? Is it worth having the option for a softer setup?

OP either bar would be perfectly fine for your car. Motordyne is just solid and the Hotchkis are just hollow. Only difference is weight, as performance goes, you cant go wrong with either. If you feel like you already wanted the Motordyne bar, buy it, it will perform the same as the hotchkis.

Hey everybody, I just got home from my first drive with the motordyne tdx2 exhaust. It is amazing. The cost for installation was $400 and my parents wanted to pay for it as my birthday present. The guys at the shop got it done in less than 6 hours and fixed my front turn signal light as well (Light went off last week). I will make a real exhaust sound video later in the week. Also, with an extra $400 in hand, I should have somewhere in the range of $600-$700 to spend/save. I will update you guys as soon as I decide what my next modification will be. I will probably be asking for advice and opinions beforehand though haha.

When I made my order from motordyne I ordered the MREV2 and the copper iso thermal plenum spacer. I was originally going to get the ART Pipes and HFC midsection, but I have to keep the cats on for the sake of legality, so the extra money went to those. I really wish I could get the ART Pipes though haha

I wanted the guys at the shop to do the exhaust because I would rather have a lift so I could be sure I have everything right. I wanted it to be solid and well done and I don't think it would be as reliable if I did it myself. I am installing the MREV2 and plenum spacer in myself though because that is really simple.
