Should be more clear, pipes have arrived! I will make before and after videos of sounds, videos of dyno tunes, and post up dyno sheets.

Back t your wheels, Advans are sweet. Both great wheels, but I would go Advan with a minimum 9 front 10 rear. Better yet 10 front and rear.

That is what I am leaning towards. They are both similar in price, but the Advans are more unique. I want to get as wide of a set up front and back as I can. I just need to do my research and figure out what can fit with what offsets. I am definitely going to need some help when I am in the buying process. I have a general understanding of how tire/wheel sizes and offsets work, but it is hard for me to interpret how it will fit on the car and if the setup will work.

Advan RZ's best option for a Z would be 18x10 +25 square imo... 10" is the widest they have and +25 is the lowest offset they offer.

On the other hand Volk TE37's come in 18x10.5 +15 square which many run Enkei RPF1's... and even the option of 18x9.5 +12 for the front of a staggered setup.

This information was taken straight from the respected manufacturers' websites

Those sizes/offsets will be the best for your Z imho, many agree:
Front: 18-19" x 9-10.5" with +~10-15 offset
Rear: 18-19" x 10-11" with +~12-20 offset
(ranges from what I've seen/read on these forums)

I run Enkei RPF1's 18x10.5 +15 square and I love the way it looks

Tire sizes can be discussed after you pick your poison

@pyshin

Thanks, very helpful. I was just looking at wheel sizes and saw what the largest wheel they have is. I am thinking of doing the advans 18x10 all around with whatever offset works. The extra half inch the volks would give me doesn't seem to be worth it for another thousand dollars. I must have misread last time haha they aren't that close in price. Both still very expensive.

With Advan RZ's 18x10 +25 square setup you may want to run ~10mm spacers in the rear to fill out the rear wheel well effectively, maybe even ~5mm up front. Don't get any more than +25 offset or the spacers you'll need to run for proper Z fitment will get ridiculous and imo unsafe. Most people would use hubcentric spacers with bolts embedded into them but I'd suggest ARP extended studs with hubcentric spacers with a single bolt pattern if you plan on seeing the track

What do you mean by getting a spacer with a single bolt pattern? Sorry if this is a bad question, but do you mean getting a spacer that would make it only have one larger lug instead of 5? That is what we do in my karts, I just haven't seen this on cars.

freakin awesome arent they.... the welds are phenominal. one thing (not sure how low you are) i noticed last time i was under my car, there were scrapes on the resonators, they hang a little lower than the flange going to the Y pipe

I'm at stock height. After I get my new wheels I am getting KW V3 coilovers and working on other suspension upgrades. And yes they look absolutely incredible. I can't wait till my tune!

My bad it came out a little confusing, wheel spacers with embedded bolts technically have 2 sets of bolt holes (with the second set with studs pressed in) and normal spacers that require extended studs only have a set of open holes.

Mmm... ART pipes.

Alright guys the ART Pipes are finally installed and the Z is tuned! It sounds AMAZING. Somewhat disappointed with the results, but its not supposed to be a race car just yet so I am fine with the numbers for now. As long as I'm having fun, that's all I can ask for.
I'm having computer troubles right now uploading images, but dyno sheets will be up eventually. I went from 252whp to 256whp at one point in the pulls. For some reason I did not get the dyno sheet that had 256whp, but I will post up what I have ASAP. Pre and post ART Pipes dyno run videos are up .

Pre ART Pipes Dyno Run
First ART Pipes Start Up

Can't seem to get the art pipes dyno video to work! I can't get any of the good stuff to upload!

Sorry for the incomplete thread
BTW travlee i did have eargasms

EDIT: I have the ART Pipes dyno tune video and the dyno sheets. Tell me what you guys think because I was expecting a lot more than what I ended up with. The ART pipes only gained me about 4whp?

Yes it is an 04. Thanks for the input

Next up is the wheels I'm about a grand away (2k away for tires too) and have actually decided on Work Emotion Kiwami in GT Silver. Anyone know if I can fit 18x10.5 all around with +23 offset? Or am I better off with getting 18x9.5 in front? If I do 9.5 in front then I have the option for +38, +30, +20 and +12.
I am really bad at this kind of stuff so any help is greatly appreciated. I will be lowering my car eventually, but should I worry if I'm only going to be lowering it an inch or so?

Here's the link for the wheels:
