Nismo R-tune/S-tune parts

I see they "have" the nismo front lip for 06-09, but the picture shows the older model lip. Can anyone confirm the part number is indeed for the 06-09? I can't believe they would have it considering it was discontinued years ago and supposedly not available anywhere for a while now.
