Default will 03 doors fit a roadster?

Sorry if this is a stupid question first off. I tried searching.

I bought the doors off of a 2003 to put on my 2005 roadster. I know I'll probably have to switch out the wireing harness off my old doors but other than that I should be good, correct?

If i dun goofed and they won't fit or there's another issue I got both complete doors for $50 each in great condition so I can't be to mad lol.

Thanks in advanced.

Yes. I went to buy this guys fenders and he offered the complete doors for $100. Wasn't sure if they were even compatible but went for it.

I am gonna say yes and no.

The door itself will most likely fit, but I think you will have to swap out the windows, regulators, weatherstripping, etc.

For 100 bux if you need new doors and can swap out all the internals yourself I would say its worth a shot.
If you bought them as spares in case you eff up and/or you cant do the labor yourself I would think they are a waste of effort

I know the door and window assembly is the same for both the coupe and roadster. Also a quick check of the Courtesy Nissan parts catalog shows all years are also the same. http://www.courtesyparts.com/350z-pa...5_846_854.html

The inner trim may be silghtly different though, also be sure unbolt (two bolts) the ½” pin from the roadster door (it fits into a corresponding hole in the door jam). It’s a little fiddly to adjust but this helps to stiffen up the body on the Roadster. The coupe doesn’t have this feature, but some enterprising people install it.

Lots of good info thank you!

So will I have to get that other pin installed or can I ignore it? P.s I don't even know what "enterprising people" are haha. 😮

Windows are absolutely different:

The only thing is whether the regulator is different. But with the 1/4" roll down feature, I would think that they may be different. Then again, if the rake if the windshields are the same, then the door internals may be as well.

But you can see from the pics a coupe window will not fit a roadster.

^OT but what kinda skirts are those??

OP - I think your best bet would be to swap out internals from vert to coupe doors and you should be fine. Its worth a shot at least.

because they're new durrr.

Seriously though, why do you need 2 new doors? If you went to buy fenders, and took doors as well, I'm willing to bet you have bigger problems to worry about.
