Ok, I should have started here with you guys. Nissan just did a more thorough search and confirmed this is NOT a 35th. I'm waiting for the paperwork from them so I have a hard copy to take to the dealership, just not real sure what I am going to say to them when I walk in the door.

In addition to the title, it clearly states that is has Brembo brakes, which it does not.
I'm really having a hard time balancing between being royally pissed off over getting ripped off, and being embarrassed for letting myself get taken.
This is the first Japanese car I have ever owned, and tbh I really trusted our local Nissan dealer.... now I feel like an idiot.

that sucks man! i bought my 05 late last year, just a plain jane Base model with a Nismo exhaust, carbon shift **** and V1 spoiler. LOVE my car. but i got mine with less miles (68k) for less money. id go in there and make them refund you a bit for it not being a 35th Anni. its only fair, since they lied to you. if they wont deal then you can get them for falsifying information i believe.
on the other hand, you do really enjoy the car right? and that is an AWESOME color. get something worked out, add a big brake kit, and be happy i say. good luck man, she is very pretty!

I can't see the pic because I'm on my computer at work but it sounds like you've been scammed like so many other people when they buy a used z, dealerships constantly do this, there was someone who posted not long ago about buying what he thought was a 35th Anniversary, dealership said it was, turns out it wasn't and I believe he is fighting the dealership in court now.
There just ins't any reason for someone to remove everything that makes that car a 35th Anniversary i.e. badges, wheels, Brembo's, etc.. why buy one if you're going to do that.

Talk to spydrplus, the same thing happened to him, he fought the dealership and they're going to pay him the difference between a 35th Anniversary and his z(a Base).
I'm sorry this happened to you, good luck with getting reimbursed.

That "window sticker" is somewhat ambiguous. It states at the top 350Z Touring-35th Anniversary Edition. Lower down, it states it is a Touring model. That is not a true window sticker but a computer generated sticker made by the dealer. It seems as though the original poster should have realized something was amiss when several items listed on the sticker were not on the car. That should have been a real red flag. I can't believe people buy cars without doing a little bit of research and then complain about it afterwards.

As I stated in my first post, this the first Japanese car I have ever owned. If you want to discuss front caliper issues on late 80 's 3 - series I'm good. I am still learning about these cars. Thanks for standing out with your support though.
On a more productive note, I was able to strengthen my case quite a bit last night by doing Google searches of old cached pages using the vin. The window sticker is not the only place that they misrepresented the car. On everal different sites they have it listed as a 35th, but none prior to their ownership list it as such.

Ok, I know this post is getting a little long, but I'm going to ask you guys to pick this thing apart for the rest of the day. I am going to the dealership tonight and want to be as well informed as is possible in 12 hours. If more pics are needed, just let me know. Everything I have learned here in the last 24 hours has been a huge help.
First, I'll list what it does have.
80k
Leather seats
Bose 7-speaker system (calling Nissan back about this)
Cruise
Pioneer 7-inch stereo Single CD player with SDRAM port.
6 spoke wheels
6 speed manual
Heated seats
Heated Mirrors
4 way electrical seats
Tire pressure monitors
Aluminum pedals
What it does NOT have
Upgraded Engine - [Changes to the camshaft profiles, adoption of stronger valve springs as well as variable exhaust-valve timing, and installation of upgraded pistons, rods, and crank pulley. (Road and track)]
5 spoke wheels
Brembo Brakes
Chin Spoiler
Bronze Badging
350z-35th mats
It does not have the optional side airbags or Nav system, but since they were an option, there is no argument to be had.
I took more pics, so please let me know if I am missing anything. I want as much ammo for tonight as I can get.

It's most definitely a Touring. I'd say to ask for at least $1K off, for lack of exclusivity. Then price out the add-ons and add another $1K to that.
Do you have written proof from Nissan stating it isn't a 35 Anniversary?

Didn't anyone read the disclaimer at the bottom of the "window sticker"?. It clearly states the dealer is not responsible for any missing equipment that is listed on the sticker. It further states that the purchaser should verify that the listed equipment is indeed on the car. It seems to me like the original poster should have verified the correct equipment was on the car prior to purchase. Everything listed is easy to verify other than the special upgraded engine and I'm not sure that is really listed on the window sticker. People need to realize that dealers don't really know which model they have on the lot and that the purchaser really needs to verify everything before buying the car.
