Beware!! Got scammed by Johnkz and Sprisneo
If any of you have done business with this individual I would like to request his address so I may process a small courts claim subpoena. His email address is sprisneo@hotmail.com or sprisneo@gmail.com. (Jung Kim) is his name associated with Paypal. He has two accounts BTW JohnkZ and Sprisneo
My claim is also being processed by paypal and the Credit Card company so in the meantime, once this holiday weekend is through I will seek legal counsel.
Below is the link he posted for the item I was trying to purchase.

Note he's also scammed this individual below.

If anyone could provide the requested info that would be appreciated.

He bought stuff FROM me locally at the beginning of the year, but we exchanged in a public place. It looks like the second thread has his address?
Best of luck getting your money back.

Can you add some more details?
Good luck man and I hope you get your $$ back. I've been scammed before but on eBay. I think PayPal will help you if not the cc will.
He is on a ton of car forums I will post more information that I find later.

I purchased the WedsSport wheels on 22 November (Saturday) via Paypal as I didn't have cash on me before we were supposed to meet (0900-1000) that morning. Anyhow I asked if I could pay him via paypal and he said he'd prefer cash. So he responded," if you could transfer the funds now so I could verify it." So I send him the funds as a friend not thinking much of it (dumb move on my part)... And a few texts later he states he's at the prescribed spot to do the exchange. I texted him back and told him I'd be there in ten and once I arrived I didn't see the car he so called was supposed to be in. A few text/calls later I realized that I was scammed and immediately called Paypal to initiate a dispute/claim. Lessons learned on my part... Now Im just asking for assistance from any who would have any info on this guy.
I was a little hesitant to post this but I figure my example would help others into thinking twice about sending funds a friend. Saving a few dollars on a Paypal fee isn't worth it regardless of price. Let my example show you that there are people out there who you would deem honest during conversation become your worst enemy.

Just curious, but what exactly should a Mod do in this case? The OP has already done the right thing with PP and his credit card company. Paypal has the account info as well as the scammer's address. Filing a police report in the jurisdiction where the crime took place is a good start. They can get subpoenas and serve them on PP.
As for the scammer's address, I found it within 1 minute using publicly available search engines.

As much as I want paypal/CC to help; I'd rather confront the individual in person to show him that this is a Liam Neeson kind of a world.

Prevent future threads, track the scammer, prevent alternate sn and new fs threads, prevent ad changes, provide member support, etc.
There is a mod (pm me if you want to know) who has always been helpful when a member is scammed. Not sure exactly what witchcraft or voodoo magic he uses but progress and results were made.
