For the undershroud and liners etc. I am getting the undershroud and the extension myself to put on the V3.

FWIW, my 1st car was a 1995 Dodge Neon Highline. It was a rusty POS that got me from A to B with hardly any paint left. FWD and maybe 100 horses that I paid for by working at Blockbuster. You're lucky to have that beast and I hope the body shop your friend owns is a good one

In for pics.

thanks for that link, this is just my best guess but the pieces ripped off of my car appear to be the front inner fender liners on that page you linked. Shouldnt be too bad to replace in that case. However, upon further looking at the body shop the front bumper is most likely gonna need a full replacement.

Have you even stopped to consider the damage your car could have mechanically wise?

You said you bottomed out and fell into a ditch, you hit the rim so hard the tire came off.

Consider that apart from body damage.

Make sure you check it all. Tie rods, control arms and the lot. Get an alignment and make sure the rims aren't bent etc.

Still in for pics

this is why when my son gets his license in about 5 months he is getting an old junker to run into the ditch while "just not paying attention for a second"

I fail to understand why any parent would let their kid own a car like that

Different ways of parenting. It is not your authority to judge what my father decides to do. As I have said earlier I am not here to be judged by guys like you but to look for advice. I already know that I screwed up bad. I don't need people like you to tell me that.

Sounds like the amount of time needed to unlock a phone and check a text message. "Yo bro, u comin to skool? u gonna get in trouble, ooohh"

You guys are running a little hard on him. Besides, 60 MPH in a Prius is the same as 60mph in a Z, just takes you little longer to there.

Yeah, and taking your eyes off the road in anything while doing 60 is probably a bad idea...

Winner of stupid post of the day. It is obvious the muffler bearing are shot, the oil line going to the driveshaft probably is leaking, and probably the line from the coolant to the tail lights too. Totaled. smh....

Well OP, nothing more than lesson learned. Post damage updates when you get them. In the meantime, just take it easy on the road, respect the car, and pay attention.

thanks, it was 5mph over the speed limit so im not sure why me going 60 is even relevant. As for the kid who insists on just being rude and saying thats about how long it takes to check a text, sorry but no. My dad checked our phone history online right when he heard. I had no incoming or outgoing texts at the time.
