Maybe I read wrong but isn't the spring mod for when the driver side is higher? If so then why is my passenger side higher? I can fit 2 finger on passenger side and 1 finger on drivers. Half tank of gas, no one in car.

Spring mod is to take some of the rake out of the car. You should check your springs to make sure they are both correctly settled in the spring buckets. You can make minor height adjustments by turning the spring in the spring bucket. I wouldnt really suggest cutting one spring mount and not the other. ( not sure my reasoning for that. lol just me. )
