If the noise goes away when you accelerate it is NOT rod knock. I think it sounds like a top end noise but hard to tell form a vid over the internet. Could also be a chain slap issue, I'd have a look at those guides and tensioner.

Nitrous kit will add more oxygen which will help the knock sound go away... Or dump two bottles of seafoam in it and Rev it to 6 grand and hold for 4minutes 3 secs and 2 milliseconds... The second method is on a budget.....


In all seriousness check compression... If it checks out then hope you have another vehicle... Take it to a reputable shop get a second opinion... If internal no point in cracking it open to fix... Drive till it dies and have another engine ready to swap in... That's what I would do...o and change your screen name... It ain't bad *** no more
