Borla doesn't drone.
Well correction, if you are in 6th going from 45-52 there will be drone if you put your foot in to it a bit. That is the only scenario it will drone.
(resonated test pipes, stock headers)

I have the Invidia Gemini. I don't think it drones at all on the highway. Gives you a nice growl and accentuates the VQ sound under load. I don't have test pipes or aftermarket headers.

its all relative.....

my favorite sound of all is a bare no turbo straight pipe catless v8........just has to sound like a bloodthirsty animal that hates everyone and everything. and many people cannot function in society or carry on their conversation when the car just fly bys, especially when you go through tunnels....

Knockoff exhaust that is cut and welded with different parts is not the best sounding exhaust for a Z lol. Not even close.

Borla TD + Berk HFC doesn't drone. Idle has some bass/rumble and WOT toward the top of the tach sounds mean, but hwy cruising is almost stock-ish.

Either you can pay 1500$ for a motordyne like an idiot... Or you can modify an aftermarket exhaust to sound like you want... Either way exhaust gives minimal gains... And if you worried about brand names so you can put a sticker on your rear quarter window you're a ricer..
