Same. Others around me refer to it as "the Z" as well. Say we're going to dinner, the question is usually: "Do you wanna take my car, or the Z?"
But I imagine that same question in your household would result in some blank stares.

My fiance's Z. He bought his first, then I decided I didn't wanna keep borrowing his so I bought my own. Dosn't have a name but might as well be called ol blue since it's older than my Z and my Spec lol
