Suggestions on Evo-R order that never came.

I understand wait time if its coming from asia and i am absolutely ok with the wait. but the lack of response at all is a little unsettling, and dont want to wait too long before paypal says I am SOL because I took so long to file. I order cars from japan and the guys over there always respond within 12 hours, even if its just a response saying that they will respond, yes bigger company and product but good business practice is good for business.
I ordered through website a few years back and item was shipped from Asia and took like 3-4 weeks, everything was good when it did. Tracking didnt really show anything till it hit US soil and some others said it also would take 2-4 weeks more if it was a part that wasnt on shelf because they had to wait for enough orders to make a batch.

Of course I used a Credit Card ha. The point of the thread was about receiving the order, not getting the money back. I could have done that easily through paypal or my CC. At any rate, Upon suggestion I reached out to Jay through his Ebay store and got the part within a week or so after that. Thanks for the suggestion AdvanZ33.
