Common street car, OEM wheel. My car is street legalish , but not a street car.

Looks like the tool put the steering wheel backwards. And if u have your seatbelt on, there's no way your chest will hit the steering wheel.... Back in early 90s they didn't have air bags and when I was younger I drove cars with no air bags.... Yes it's safer with air bags, but really u could go without it, just wear ur Damn seatbelt.

I've seen plenty of patients (I'm a trauma nurse) who have hit their steering wheel while wearing a seatbelt. Mostly shorter people, who sit close to the wheel. Seatbelts stretch (they're supposed to), as do human bodies.

No airbag for the gasbag behind this wheel....


But I would NEVER swap out an airbag wheel for one without.
