Go to the speed you want, Push the on button, then on top push the cruise/set button downwards to set the speed. It will now be set to the speed you want.

Is it possible you bought a base model with the enthusiast steering wheel added?
(Its still possible to make it work with an 07 if this is the case but you still wont get lights and you will need to buy 2 sensors)

Same thing happened to me with my 03 touring. I reset my ecu and it started working again. There's a video on YouTube that will walk you through the process. It might work for you. It's free and easy to try

Again... That's something that could have been added. Do you have the TCS button? Does it turn off when you press it?

He said it didn't work, not that he did not know how to use it.

I would check the brake and clutch buttons to make sure they are intact and there as normal

If the horn doesn't work and then the ribbon cable in the clock spring may be broken. In my '03 z the ribbon cable broke and none of the electronics in the steering wheel would work (horn, cruise, and airbag).

Sorry if I'm not using the right terminology. If you copy and paste the URL in there is a white ribbon cable. On my z it broke and I had to fix it to pass inspection for the horn.

Or the clock spring itself is bad. I just replace mine not too long ago. First it was the cruise control that didn't work, followed by the horn randomly going on and staying on (I was driving so that was embarassing, looked like a douche sitting at the red light), and finally the airbag light coming on and blinking. Florida drivers suck so I could not go without airbags. Replace the clock spring and voila! Showroom new again!

Possibly a bad clutch pedal switch? I know it will prevent CC from functioning but I don't know if it would prevent the on/off light and you'd probably have other issues but might be worth checking into.
