Troll threads keep us all entertained.
This was a serious thread attempting to ask serious people their serious opinions of the value of a car and almost everyone here turned it into a trolling thread. You all have wayy to much time on your hands and should consider seeking out a meaningful life. Time is too short.

I'm not experienced at forums, how do I request this to be removed?

It's like you walked into a gay bar and then you get bent out of shape when a gay dude hits on you... Nobody is here to give away magical answers to your questions... If your not willing to figure it out yourself why would people here for entertainment and to pass time while at work want to spoon feed information that you dont want to hear. Everyone said it was a bad investment if your looking to make a profit. You didnt get the car, why are you concerned with what happens now...

I vote they make this a sticky so eveyone looking to make money off someone elses hard work can read it...

You must be a Bernie Sanders supporter and anti-capitalist.

Anyways, I posted an update to thank those who did provide constructive feedback regarding their opinions. As the owner of this car pointed out, this thread is mostly unuseful with very little good information.

I'd like this thread to be removed

I'm just not a fan of used car salesmen I guess, if I got a car for a good price and then want to sell it I pass that good price onto the next guy.

I work a normal 40 hour a week job to make money, I dont swindle people, and wouldn't appreciate getting ripped off by others.

low ball the seller, then try to sell for top dollar... Im glad he stayed firm on the price, nobody wants their hard work to go unappreciated.

If thats how I made my money I wouldn't sleep at night.

OK, stop. Now.

This thread is not going to be closed. If we shut down every thread that someone was butthurt on or felt was counterproductive, there'd be nothing left.

To the OP.... just walk away from it and just let it die. Trust me, it will; because there's little in it that will come up in future forum or google searches anyway.

To the original builder of the car... I don't think there's anything you need to justify. It's a righteous build but unfortunately got caught up in a zombie thread.

Like every other thread here OR ON EVERY DANG FORUM from cars to equestrians to Bernie Sanders' bowel habits to underwater basket weaving, there's gonna be caca thrown. Welcome to the cesspo.... er, web.

Move on people.

LOLOLOL. The thread lost seriousness when you started trying to flex on everyone with fake dyno sheets. Comical you had to call in the owner of the car to white knight for you. We need to sticky this thread tbh.

Coming from a guy who begs for advice on the forums then makes up a bunch of lies to try and feel better about himself. His 40 hour a week job is much more reputable than your "car flipping" business. LMAOOOO. Do better.

I have figured it out... Its J100 and he was going to buy this car so he could prove to everyone that he built a 1000hp Z in his kitchen, but then he wanted to get more than the $25k he paid for it when he trtraded it in for his Lamborghini next month after he unloads a few more kilos... You know schools are back in session and its the busy season for the neighborhood pharmacist.

They never have been. Been involved in custom cars since the 1970s. It's always been this way.

The CA SMOG check program pretty much put an end to building street hot rods anyway.

Yes, that's true but if you remember the '70s and long for the dusky, dirty, brown skies we used to have over the Bay and East hills instead of the blue skies of today, well, that's your choice but I'll stick to modern tech, thanks.

And if you think about it, back in the day, our respectable daily driven hot rod Shiverlays what with their Holley 750DPs, Torker manifoldss, headers, Isky cam, high compression small block etc. ran, oh, about as fast on the strip as my stock Z with tune.

I had great fun back then but.... I'll take computer controlled tune, legal emissions, and better mileage/performance any day over the "old days". That's called "progress".

Smog check? There are some of us still in the free states that don't have to be lorded over and can build what we want, how we want without big brother telling us how we have to do it. Smog check...

Yeah but in those states the entire population of a 1 mile area would fill a minvan.

Not sure whether you've noticed (this is not a personal attack, just advice) but you can find supercharger kits, single turbo, twin turbo kits and everything necessary to build a FI car on every site that is 350z relevant. This is because new buyers are usually looking for something stock to perhaps build themselves, otherwise chances are they're just buying other seller's problems. Why would someone spend a stupid *** amount of money on a built engine only to put it up for sale 500 miles later? Sellers realize this and usually return their car to stock because they know they'll get a more realistic price for it and then sell the FI kit separately. dude if you're looking to flip this, you really should know by now if you've had plenty of G's & Z's and checked the forums, i really don't know what you expected from people's replies
