Just wanted to know your thoughts and if you recommend the car or any possible main issues etc.
Well, based on the little we know of the car - as Travlee said, impossible to know anything for sure given no indications of service/maintenance, any previous accidents/repairs, other damage like flood/water, modifications (and by whom), etc - the two things going for it are that it's an HR (arguably better by many but consensus holds the HR in generally higher esteem UNLESS you're planning forced induction, engine modifications where there's less hardware available) and the low mileage.

Aside from those points, impossible to tell. You might get more input if you include pics, selling info above (besides price).

S'far as known foibles, do a search on "clutch concentric slave cylinder problem 2007 2008 350Z"

Is it for sale at a dealers?
Is it a private sale?
Does it have service history?
Does it have any history i.e. invoices?
Has it been in any accidents?
Does it look like its been looked after?
As Micvelo and Travlee say we may as well be looking into a darkened room without so much as a torch, so as much as we'd like to help, you've given us pretty much nothing to go on. Maybe if you ask nicely a forum member near you may help you out and go along and give it the once over. Failing that throw a few $'s to a trusted mechanic and let him check it out.

Definitely my fault on lack of information .

I will be seeing it tonight.

It's a private seller
Maintained at a Nissan dealer
No accidents
It's automatic (I know manual) is what makes this car fun etc.
Convertible
