Default steering rack guide adjustment

I am trying to make an adjustment to the rack guide screw on my 2006 350Z to tighten up my steering and I have read some information on this but everywhere I look it says there is a larger 40mm locking nut and a smaller 14mm screw in the middle. I looked on my car and found only a nut (looks to be 40mm) with no smaller guide screw in the middle (see pics). They tell you to loosen the 40mm locking nut, then tighten, loosen, re-tighten the 14mm screw and then loosen about 20-30 degrees. Shouldn't there be a smaller 14mm guide screw inside the 40mm locking nut? I don't see one on my rack. If I'm looking at the rack from underneath the car I should see it facing the rear of the car, correct? So the question is what am I supposed to do to make the adjustment if I do not see a guide screw? Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend you read the FSM for your model year. Mine references rebuilding the oil pump relief valve if the pressure is out of spec and you want to "tighten" it up.

Dont go too tight or your wheel wont return to center (feel like you dont have power steering)
