Help locating flasher relay for 2004 350z

My turn signal lights are not turning and the back hazards are not flashing. I am thinking it's the flasher relay. Its either in the fuse box or under the steering wheel.

The relay box is in front of the IPDM on the passenger side, although I think the flasher relay is connected to the Body Control Module.
