my local newspaper just said this and it caught me by surprise. it said the infiniti 4 door version will have slightly softer lines and cost 3-5k more than the nissan...i feel so behind. is this true?
Motor Trend has no credability with any car that is not American. Last time I checked NiSSan was from Japan, besides if they do talk about NiSSan/Infinity or the Z all they do is bash it and drag it in the mud.

This is not the first time I heard of this. Thre was a thread a while back about this here. I think it said something about also being de-tunned a bit may be a single turbo too using the 3.7 motor. Don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure I saw something like this a while back.
With all the care they are putting into the GT-R platform, I dont see why the hell they would reuse it as another car. I could see them using some of the components/technology in the GT-R in a high-end Infiniti, but not something to call a 4dr Infiniti version of the GT-R.
