Sorry about your misfortune, hopefully things will turn around in your favor soon enough.

In regards to your question, what is your family size?

Sorry about your job loss. I pray you get another one soon so you're not burning through your savings. It's hard enough to replenish lost savings now a days. As for what car you should buy get the G37. You already had a Z before try something new. You might like it.

If he just lost his job why would he turbo a Z? Seems counter productive. Sorry to hear about your job loss though. I'm assuming you got another job lined up other wise why look into either?

g37 is one of the sexiest cars if tastefully modded. but in your situation, i would just stick to an 08 Z because you can find a slightly used one for much less than a g37 or even a brand new one.

wow that's kind of sad

not really a fan of the g37. If you can try to find a new 07 Z, it's the same as the 08's.

Sorry to hear about your job situation. I love my G37. So much more comfortable and still fun to drive.

Just try and hang in there and keep the car. You'll lose too much by selling it, but if you have to I would recommend not getting either of those cars, heck I wouldnt be thinging bout another car if I got laid off. Hope things get better for you

Sorry to hear man, you can always get another GTR in the future.

I would recommend a reliable vehicle until you can get another job, if you still insist on something from the two that you listed I would say 350z (after you get another job)

^+1 what Z2G said
It would be worth it to sell another car, because its going to be a huge loss (mainly emotionally, but there is a very considerable $$$$).
Could I suggest the 370z? It is probably in your price range if you are getting a g37...
I personally would sell any other cars and get rid of tv, and maybe home phone. Internet and cell phone are two things you have to have obviously, but if it came down to it, I would kick them too for a gtr lol.
How much $$ are you looking at spending? Because I know the price of the z33 and the G37 but they are somewhat far apart aren't they? (I would look at getting a Federally legal R32 gtr that ive seen selling for 41k....)
Ok end rant Im getting senseless now....

Seems like if you suddenly have no income and you're driving a GTR you messed up somewhere. Selling the GTR will probably fetch you between $50 and $70k depending on the mileage, yes? So I would say take your $50k cash and put half in investmentments, put another $20k in savings, and buy yourself a Hyundai until you get a new job. That is, I WOULD say that if you owned the car fully, but somehow I suspect it isn't paid off. Right, then it seems like the next option is to sell it and use whatever you have leftover to get a small motorcycle until you get a new job. Trouble with that is, showing up on job interviews smelling like exhaust, but that's what I'd do.

The worst thing you could do is take out a loan on another car without having income. If you did fully own the GTR then you're in a better position, but don't repeat the mistake of buying another expensive sports car which will depreciate and have high running costs when you don't have income. You'll get a 350Z, and 6 months from now if you still haven't found a job you'll have to sell it for a 300ZX, and so on until you find yourself driving a Datsun 210.

Senseless is a R32 for 41k 95% of them are beat down most were raced hard in Japan. We can get them legally in Canada for $15k (every boy racer around has one) and I wouldn't even pay that for one.
