Default R34 GTR 19" Wheel Spec

Hey folks, i'm looking at buying a R34 GTR V-Spec and was wondering if anyone know the best 19" wheel spec.

Can you run staggered on it like you can on the GTR?

Cheers

I would not suggest running a staggered setup as the R34 has a pretty intricate 4WD system, and you would be messing with it. I've always loved the TE37 or the LMGT4 on the R34.

That's what i thought, what specs are best.

I love TE37 and was hoping to use my 350z ones but they are staggered.

Colin, you can run a staggered setup on a R34 but you must have the same tyre sizes all round Most R34s are running with 19x10.5 with around a +12 offset

Nice, means i can use my wheels just need new tyres

I got ET22, 10.5 rear and 9.5 front, hows that offset look, would it be fairly flush?

Just fyi heres the car, already got TE37s but in bronze and 18.

And spacers. +22 won't be flush. Most of them are running +10-+15 on a 10.5 wheel. so you will need atleast 10mm spacers. TBH id sell what you have and just rebuy them

leave it alone. do not go from 18 to 19.

no appearance improvement, increased tire costs, less performance, etc.

everyone runs 18s on these cars. don't let the street guys fool you.

save your money.

(as an aside - i own 19" te's staggered in +12 config. - and would prefer
18s)

you'd be crazy to change it. Those 18's look sick. The stance is perfect.

why not trade or sell your 19 for 18, then advise others later?

yup, otherwise atessa is going to be engaged constantly, and bad things will happen.
