Awwreeet, DeusDood!! That looks sweet. Now, let me tell you about a couple other Nismo things you missed that you need to do to make it a 100% accurate. Let's start with.....
Hahahahaha. J/K.
Seriously, at the beginning of this thread, I had doubts. But man, the dedication to authenticity and "getting it right".... paid off!

Thank you Mic and heel.....jeez mic, you had me going. I thought "what else could I be missing???"
Today, I took a 160 mile trip up to Big Bear Lake, deep in the mountains. The car handles superbly....the wider wheels and tires helped. The bigger wheels slowed the acceleration noticably...sorry "real" Nismo owners...the Track wheels are better performing. The Conti tires have a great ride, which made the car feel like its gliding.
Here is a better pic:
On the way home, my front undertray detached from the rear and dragged on the ground. I'll likely replace it.

I've been looking through your post on the progression of this... car looks amazing! What 2 sets of rims did/do you have on it? I'm looking for a set to put on mine and I really like the second set you put on.

Im back from out of town where I had barely any cell service....
Yes first set of rims were Track edition rims that I painted graphite. Great rims!! Wish they were a tad wider. Second set was V3 Nismo rims and yes, what fun finding those!!!
I need to fix the undertray. I think ill get the metal one. Can I drive the car in the meantime without the undertray?

Chris, a slightly less expensive option (if you are pre-disposed to Nismo V3s) are the Track 2/Grand Touring wheels.
Exactly the same wheel/tire size setup as V3....
18x9 +30 245/40-18 Front
19x10 +30 265/35-19 Rear
Only diff (as shown in poor pic below) are the signature "Z-dots" versus the groove & Nismo sticker on the V3s.
Thusly...
Identical boat anchor weight F&R. (These are NOT light but stronger than most cast wheels and can take a lot of abuse.) Still somewhat difficult to find but a little less $$ when you do. I paid ~$700 with 50% Yoks for the set on my silver car. (Lightly rashed but good for rim-fixer project)
I run 275 rears but kno is running 285s on same 10" rear wheels and they fit well.

I've got the Zspeed undertray. It's pretty nice and has a panel to access the oil filter which eliminates the inconvenience of removing the entire thing during oil changes. I'm not sure how it will bolt up to your V3 front, but it may simply be interchangeable. I think Zspeed may also sell some extension pieces for some bumpers. It does kind of reinforce my OEM front bumper since the undertray is rigid metal.

You should be fine driving it without that flimsy "shield." It doesn't really provide any type of rigidity or benefit other than keeping road grime and dirt out. Of course, a good washing can always clean that up.

I've seen a few posts with endorsements from the Nismo guys. Here's ZSpeed's vendor post with a pic of it mounted on the V3 front bumper: https://my350z.com/forum/body-exteri...h-shields.html
I have it on my '05 roadster and it is great. It mounts right up to the existing mounting holes that the OEM tray used.
