Isn't there a button next to the shifter? There was on pre-production cars.

Is your car stick or automatic? I believe there is a button near the manual gearshift to turn synchro match off. I don't think you can turn it off with the automatics.

thats coz if you downshift and the car doesnt rev match.. the car will jerk really badly... go into and manual, downnshift and down rev, it will jerk like hell(i know its not 100% the same but)

...and plus.. most cars will revmatch when downshit.

like if you get into a old ass ford focus.. and you step on the gas.. the engine becomes loud as hell.. thats coz the car downshifts and rev matches..

and i think its not loud.. its just that you are not used to it

Automatic rev matching and automatic transmission? Don't see the point. THe transmission will not let you downshift at the wrong speed-RPM.

You have to push and hold the button for 2 or 3s. Took me a second to figure that out as well.

Nothing to laugh at, Auto's are very good especially in the Z family. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just on an ego trip.
