Default Hail = scratches in paint

Just wondering i was driving to a meet and it was hailing yesterday haha.. and for some reason i just had 2 look at my car and i noticed scratches not big but noticable if u look.. there about 1-2 inches but not deep but u cant wax out... on the passanger door front side and front bumper... you guys think it was the hail or a douche when i parked scratched it with a key or belt buckle ? i dunno whats your .2 cents.. can hail scratch paint on the z? i hear the paint is cheap as hek.. anyways it sux

I have had hail storms pound on all of our cars (d@mn Oklahoma weather). Big hail can certainly beat the crap out of a car, but I have't seen any scratches that I thought came from the hail - only dents.

ill get pics up by tnite or 2morrow.. i wanna use my real camera... i have picture phone but it doesnt come out bright enuff

hail was also pounding my car that day..didn't do much,just bounced off the car

If the scratches are pretty deep you may want to wetsand it down and follow up with a buffer afterwards:

DO NOT! wet sand and polish if you dont know what you are doing. hire a detailer.
