Whats would be the best way to black out my headlights and tail lights?

do you mean the tinting spray?
does it apply evenly

If you do this to your headlight, you fail.
Paint the inside, not the outside. for tail lights you can get vinyl from bluebats. His prices are cheapest compared to other stores.

Well i have heard alot of good things about bluebats...but cant figure out how to get it
for my headlights im looking for a lighter, more grayish to match my silver paint...but i want my tailights to be black
