Default Tire Pressure Warning Light

So today I finally took the Z out after a while as the roads were pretty bad cause of the snow. It finally cleared out and most of the roads were fine so I thought why not. Just outside the house in the inner roads there is some ice which makes the ride really bumpy. So pretty much as soon as I took the car out the tire pressure warning light came on.

So I said no worries, it has done that before. It has come on previously when I'd go over some bumps or something and then after turning the car off and on it would go away. But this time when it came on the car also beeped for about 10 seconds. A long stretched beep which I have never heard before. So I read the manual and it says the sign will come on when the tire pressure is low and the chime will sound if one of the tires is flat.

I looked around and all the tires seem fine. None of them seem flat, I am pretty sure if one of them was flat it would be pretty obvious. But the light isn't going off after I turn the off and on again and it beeps still. I am going to check the tire pressure in a bit with a tire gauge but I am pretty sure it should be fine. Also in the manual in one spot it says 'tire pressure shown in the display may rise or fall while driving depending on the driving conditions (heat, etc) and/or the outside temperature. This does not indicate a system malfunction.'

So obviously it's fairly cold out right now. About -10 Celsius. My question if that sign and the chime could be happening because of the mixture of bumps on the road and outside temperature? How can I make the light go away from the display and get it stop beeping every time I start the car.

The colder the temperature, the lower the pressure in your tires. Check the tires and I'll bet one of them is low. Add some air and your problem should go away.
