Default several lights on my cluster are on but I can't find out why?

I have several lights on my cluster are on but I can't find out why. I attached to show what light are exactly on. It's were because my car drives perfectly fine. I hit the VDC button but it still stays on. My ebrake isn't up and the brake light still shows. All my tires are new so idk why the slip light is on. If anyone had any of these problems or knows what they might be pls let me know! Thanks in advance

Hows brake fluid level?

I'll have to check the brake fluid in the morning. I heard that could be it?
My tire specs are 225/40/18 (front) and 255/35/18 (rear) on 18 inch wheels with a 22+ offset all around

Let me guess...the problem started when you drove off with your new tires...but you just cannot put your finger on the cause?

Youre rear tires are 93% of the circumference they need to be.

you have been pushed upward in life by others...falsely. Damn society.

First step in troubleshooting....what changed?

It happened before the tires. One of the rears had a spare tire on it when I bought, as well with those lights on. So that's why I thought they were on. I got it for a great deal so I couldn't complain about the lights being on. Now it's just something I have to resolve

My car does the same thing.. It usually goes off once I drive a little bit and restart the car... Does your car sit for long periods of time? Mine was fine up untill I stopped driving it on a regular... My thought was one of my wheel speed sensors is faulty... I haven't really driven the car long enough lately to worry about it though...

Let us know when you figure it out so I can fix mine in the spring haha

Did you ever fix this or find out what the problem was?
