I have used all of the recommended solutions in this thread. The easiest, trouble-free method is using logmein free. I have this on about 200 computers and it works great. Simple to use, logs all activity, she can disable it if she wants, nobody has to be at the computer when you log in, and very secure. The Hamachi is a VPN software and is really not for the RDC. You can use RDC without it, is what I mean. Hamachi is great. I have it between my office and my home and I no longer have to keep multiple copies of all work files and I don't have to keep track of updating every time we change something. For this application, however, logmein free is the best IMHO.
