Ill put my 2 cents in. 106fa has a longer(better) working time, a little more cut because of the extended working time and also a slightly better shine. I own and use both, with both of my flexs 3401 and 3403. Random orbital and Rotary. With 6.5 inch and 5.5 inch lc ccs and non ccs pads. I prefer 106fa over 106ff, but I prefer p085rd over both of them. As a final polish.
