I agree with Quadcam.. also please data log on higher gears like 4th or 5th. If space is not enough space then at least do a 3rd gear pull, 2nd gear just go so fast. Im pretty sure your temp compensation isn't set right at that temp so you may want to fix that. If you are only running 7psi then at least set your Map max value to 8ps or 10psi so you can have a better resolution for better tuning. Timing is also set very conservatively especially at the higher rpm.
