the best thing you can do is to read the UTEC manual over and over and over...until you understand exactly how everything operates int he UTEC. I know it sound ridiculous, but it works. I took my manual with me when I went on vacaction. when I came home, I had read it over and over so much, that I knew exactly how I wanted to set each "parameter." The manual won't help you with tuning, but it will help you understand the importance of each parameter.
for example, you will understand why you will want to change the "MAP Maximun value." Guessing, I would say that yours is set to 20 psi. On a motor that is only going to see 7-8 psi, you are severely limiting your ability to fine tune your setup. On your setup, you should probably set it to 10 psi.....just to give yourself some room if you decide to up the boost int he future. by lowering the upper limit from 20 psi to 10 psi, you have basically doubled the amount of "load sites" that you have available to you for tuning.......thereby doubling your "resolution."
Have fun with it!
