I have ridden & raced(road) for many yrs off & on. I followed the race start to finish. The winner, Carlos Sastra, definitely deserved the win & has put in a lot of years to get there. Very deserving. I still think that some big riders missing is very unfortunate, as who knows what the outcome would have been, still maybe the same
Hopefully next year we will have all the top riders to contend. Mountain stages were pretty exciting, especially Alpe D' Huez. Tour not the same since Lance's retirement
