you don't even know. so out of curiousity...yesterday i rode on my friends cannondale road bike, 56 frame:
14 miles - 38.1 min - the pace came out to 2.7 min per mile.
this was my first time riding a distance like this on a road bike. god i could run a so much easier after that....
I am going to measure myself exactly this saturday and post here. the 56 frame felt good.
