Probably. But those that are talented probably won't need to go back.
They interviewed Dix after his 200m heat and asked him about this I believe. He only had a coach and his family with him and didn't have any sponsors either to pay for other stuff. He's doing really well so I am sure he will pick them up later on in his career. I hope he medals in the 200m also.
