BUMP - this is a firm price now at $50.00 shipped for TWM Shift ****, if you've never had one of these weighted shift ***** from TWM you're missing out! I used this one the most, was probably the best shift **** I've had when I had the Z!!!

This shift **** retails for 3 times that price!

Yeah the ***** just twist off (may have to use a rag and channel locks )and you screw the new one on.

Just like what diesel mentioned, unscrew old shift **** and screw this one one and off you go!

I've heard that '03 and '04 models had loctite on the oem shifter? Mine definitely was hard to get off and channel locks would be recommended.
