allright ive got a MRD-M500 amp waiting for my other 4chan to come in

do i have to connect both the remote wires to my HU so both wires go 2 the 1 off the stock harness

also is it safe in the mean time to run my rear MB Quart speakers off of the m500 amp

First, no you could just jump one from the other.. but the wire from the HU is a constant on once the ignition switch is turned on.. stupid design.. atleast that's how the Bose system works.

I noticed on person on here put a device in from Soundgate that gets a signal from a spkeaker lead and provides a remote voltage to the amp.. it's the TRIGSPKR model. Here is a link that has it for pretty cheap

when i use 2 or more amps i normally put a relay in on the remote plus you can use it turn other things on as well ,like dvd ,nav or anything else you want to come on with the stereo.
