Default prepping for sound, what do you think?

I just ordered a Kenwood DNX7100 HU and a Farenheit T7000MHR for the cubby..

Next i am going to buy the following:
Strut bar box ported (1.25 cube ft)
JL 10W7
JL 500/1 for Sub
JL 300/2 for comps
MB QUART Q216 SIGNATURE Comps for the doors
*not replacing speakers behind seats*

From doing some research, this seems like it should be a nice sounding system.. I am not looking for anything *ground breaking*, but you know..

any ideas? input? lemme know..

thanks

Where you mounting your amps? Subbox? Consider the space behind the driver's seat and the glove box area (if you don't use your glove box for anything important). It's a nice stealth way to hide your amps, crossovers, satelitte tuner, etc...

The Quarts are a bit bright for my taste, but it should sound pretty sweet. You will be one of the few with a one 10 inch ported box. Got plans to sound dampen the car?

I am seriously thinkin on doing the install myself... and if i am going to take out most of my interior anyway for the wires/install, i might as well dampen as much as i can...
