Installing Navi 2 amps 4 speakers and a sub
This forum rocks! Ive already done my install on my G35, but my friend and I are tackling his 03 350z, Ive done the navi already, currently running the power wire.....This is where im lost.
I cant find the link on how to take apart the area where the sub is.
I dont know which wires to take from the harness in the rear of the car to route to my 4chan amp. (where the factory bose amp is, i want to tag those and route them to my 4chan)
Im also looking for a link to make my front speakers fit, (like make a wood speaker spacer)
If anybody can help that would rock!! Thanks and much appreciated!!

and you can find the rest in the 5th sticky. 350z how to's
hear is door panel
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....&threadid=7995
rear speakers
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=26837
after removing the rear panels you should be able to tell how to dissemble the plastic to get to the sub plate.

after re reading 2nd sticky, it didnt actually help me with the bypassing of the factory amp. i found some pdf from 350 z tech .com place that had info of which speaker leads to grab from the amp harness in the hatch of the car(pins 19-26).
i read all 5 pages of sticky number 5.
Voboy- the rear speaker install doesnt actually show how to take off the entire area of the back where the bose sub is. im 90% done with that disassemble by just jumping in to it. I cant figure out how to take off the damn cigarette lighter.
I appreciate you helping me, you are the only one so far and hopefully i finish tonight. Just need to find the how to make speaker spacers and now how to take off cigarette lighter.

Not sure what you mean by take off cigarette lighter. you can just unplug it and leave it in the plastic finisher to remove the panel from the car.
As for spacers, it's not a proprietary 350z thing to make spacers, it should be common audio install knowledge. Here's a couple overview steps:
*cut a hole in MDF the diameter required by your mid/woofer.
*use the OE plastic housing to trace the shape of the outside including the screw holes that mount the plastic housing to the door. Make sure that the hole you cut in the MDF is in line with the mid/woofer hole in the plastic housing.
* cut out what you just traced, and drill the screw holes.
* screw MDF spacer to car, use gasketing tape or gasketing caulk to assure an airtight seal.
* screw mid/woofer to spacer, use gasketing tape or gasketing caulk to assure an airtight seal.

Figured out everything, thanks for the help kind of.
StreetOC192- I appreciate the input, i was told by plenty of people that i need spacers, i havnt tackled the doors yet, but i went out and got universal spacers for a few bucks, if they dont look right ill use the rest of the wood i used for the amp rack as mdf spacers. thanks! i thought the spacers had to be something more special.
