Default SWI-X install on customer's car.. Help!

ive done this install more then once but this one isnt working right for some reason, its on a 06 350Z.. i set it to mode 3, program the buttons, but when i test the buttons, the first try will work and then the left AND right led's on the pac will flash back and forth... anyone experience this before? i tried swapping the unit out with another and my resistors are both within 1% of perfect... whats the deal? worked on my G with no problems at all

I realize this thread is way old t I thought I'd post this up since this same thing happened to me while installing a PAC-SWI-X. Called customer service and they said that the particular remote I was using, a JVC 200 series, was out of the frequency range of the IR LED of the unit. Fortunately, this particular unit also has a wired remote input (wish I had known that earlier) so the SWI-JACK should still work with it.

We'll see.
