Im having problems with my 2003 Track window. The Driver window does not go up or down and I was wondering if anyone could help me find out why?

On a different subject I would also like to replace my speakers and the stereo completely! whats the first thing I should do? and what are some popular brands that come with a nice crisp sound?

Window is probably the motor. It's common. Check for power to/from the switches and make sure before just buying a motor.

First thing to do with the radio is pick a budget, then add $500 to it and let us know what that is.

Are you wanting to go all out or just factory replacement?

How do I check for power to and from the switches?

And I want to replace everything; Subs, speakers, head unit, everything. I just need some instruction because Im not sure about what brand to buy or how to install them once I get everything

Generally speaking you're going to spend $1500-2000 to use decent equip to replace the whole stereo. Add in labor if you don't know how to do it.

Do you have a test light or a volt meter?
